Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Oracle Predict (“we”, “us”) collects, why we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our installable web app, and the VIP service. By using the site you agree to this policy; see also our Terms & Conditions.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, country and password (stored only in hashed form), and optionally your phone number if you add it in your profile.
- VIP and payment records: the plan you choose, amount and currency, the transaction reference you provide, and the proof-of-payment image you upload. We do not collect or store card numbers; payments are made through the manual methods shown on the payment page and verified by our team. Proof-of-payment images may contain details from your bank or mobile-money app, so please hide anything unrelated before uploading.
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, approximate location (from IP address), browser and device type, and similar technical data, collected through analytics tools and server logs. We also use your IP address to limit repeated sign-in attempts and to prevent abuse of forms such as the VIP request form.
- App install data: if you use or install the Oracle Predict web app, a randomly generated device ID, your platform (iOS, Android or desktop) and whether you saw, accepted or dismissed the install prompt are recorded so we can measure installs. The ID is not linked to your name or email.
- Messages you send us: for example through the contact or VIP request forms.
- Preferences stored on your device: such as favourite matches in livescores, the date you picked, and whether you dismissed the install prompt.
2. How we use it
- To create and secure your account, sign you in and reset your password.
- To process, verify and activate VIP payments, provide VIP tips and manage when your plan expires.
- To reply to your messages and give support.
- To send service emails (account, payment and plan notices) and, where permitted, marketing emails about tips and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and anyone who unsubscribes is excluded from future marketing.
- To understand how the site is used, fix problems and improve it, and to prevent fraud, bots and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and browser storage that are needed for the site to work (for example to keep you signed in and protect forms) and to remember choices. We also use analytics services, listed below, which set their own cookies or identifiers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as staying signed in, may not work without them.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, under their own privacy terms:
- Analytics: Google Analytics, PostHog and Ahrefs Analytics.
- Push notifications: if you choose to allow notifications, Webpushr delivers them to your browser and receives a browser push token and basic device/browser details to do so. You can turn notifications off at any time in your browser or device settings.
- Email delivery: our email provider, which delivers account and marketing emails to you.
- AI tools: we use an AI service (Anthropic’s Claude) to help write marketing copy and articles. We do not send your account or payment information to it.
- Sports data and messaging: third-party football data providers supply fixtures and scores (they do not receive your personal details), and we publish tips on our Telegram channel.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve our data.
- Authorities or advisers, where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. Links to bookmakers and other sites are outside our control; read their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is active and for as long afterwards as needed for the purposes above, including keeping payment records for accounting and dispute purposes and to honour unsubscribe requests. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the providers above.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited internal access. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
7. Your choices and rights
- View and update your name, phone number and country in your account profile.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email.
- Ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to close your account, by contacting us below. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, UK GDPR or Nigeria’s NDPA) you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to keep some records, such as payments, where the law requires it.
- Control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Age
Oracle Predict is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version, and we will take reasonable steps to tell you about significant changes.
