These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Oracle Predict (“we”, “us”), including our free football tips, live scores, and the paid VIP service. By accessing the site, installing it as an app, or registering an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for gambling in your country, if higher) to use Oracle Predict or buy a VIP plan. Betting may be illegal or restricted in some regions; it is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you.

2. Tips are predictions, not guarantees

The analyses, predictions, opinions and statistics on Oracle Predict are produced by our team and automated tools and are recommendations only. They are not guaranteed outcomes and not financial advice. Never stake more than you can comfortably afford to lose. Oracle Predict is not liable for any actions taken based on information on the site, and any gambling gains or losses are solely your responsibility. Past results do not guarantee future results.

3. Your account

• You can register with your name, email address, country and a password. Information you give must be accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
• One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared, resold or transferred, and VIP access may not be used by more than one person.
• We may use technical measures (such as rate limits and bot checks) to protect registration and login.

4. VIP plans and payment

• What you get: VIP gives you access to premium tips for the plan and duration you choose, shown on the VIP page and in your account. Tip availability depends on the matches played; we do not promise a minimum number of tips or any particular result.
• Pricing: prices are shown in the currency available for your country at the time you choose a plan. We may change prices, but changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for.
• How to pay: payment is made by the manual methods listed for your country on the payment page (for example bank transfer or mobile money). After paying, you submit the transaction reference and a clear proof of payment. Only one payment can be awaiting review at a time.
• Activation: VIP access starts only after we have verified your payment, which is done by our team and may take some time. Your plan runs for its stated duration from activation and then expires. Plans do not renew automatically; to continue you must purchase again.
• Failed or invalid payments: we may reject a payment that cannot be verified, is unclear, is for the wrong amount or appears fraudulent. You are responsible for any transfer fees or charges from your bank or provider.

5. No refunds

Refunds for completed payments are not available, including where a plan is unused, partly used, or you chose not to place bets. Where a mistake is ours (for example a verified payment that was not activated), we will correct it by activating or extending your access. This does not affect any rights you have under the law that applies to you.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

• All content, including tips, analyses, strategies, text, graphics and the Oracle Predict name and logo, belongs to Oracle Predict or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not copy, resell, republish, scrape, share or redistribute tips (especially VIP tips) without our written permission, including on social media, messaging groups or other websites.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts or our systems, or use bots or automated tools to access it.
• We may suspend or close an account, and withdraw VIP access without refund, if these terms are broken.

7. Bookmakers, links and third parties

The site may contain links to bookmakers and other third parties, some of which are affiliate or partner links from which we may earn a commission. Any bet codes associated with events on our site are the property of the relevant bookmakers. We do not operate a betting service, accept bets, or hold betting funds. Your dealings with third parties are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or services. Live scores, fixtures and statistics come from third-party data providers and may be delayed or contain errors.

8. Responsible gambling

Gambling can be addictive. Only bet what you can afford to lose, set limits for yourself, never chase losses, and take regular breaks. If gambling is causing you or someone you know harm, free, confidential help is available from BeGambleAware and similar organisations in your country, and many bookmakers offer self-exclusion tools. You must be 18 or older.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the site accurate and available but provide it “as is”, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or remove features, tips or content at any time. The Oracle Predict web app works like the website and may show an offline page when you have no connection.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oracle Predict is not liable for any loss or damage (including lost stakes, winnings or profits) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its tips or its third-party links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Communications

We may email you about your account, payments and VIP access. We may also send marketing emails; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential account messages.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. For significant changes affecting paid plans we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
